CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy of our young innovators is important to us, and we recognize the need to provide additional privacy protection for children on the Lollipop Labs site permitting such visitors. Our privacy practices are guided by the United States' Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, as well as data privacy laws in the United States and other applicable countries.

In order to participate in the Mission: Impact Challenge, a team must have an adult supervisor represent them in all communication. We may use any of the following methods to verify that you have the consent of an adult supervisor:

At registration, we will require that an adult supervisor is 18 years of age or over at the time you register and provides a valid email address. The adult supervisor will be our primary contact and we will communicate with them on an ongoing basis through the duration of the Challenge. We will also use the adult supervisor email address to let them know about any changes to our Privacy Policy. The adult supervisor may at any time review, change and/or delete any information that we have collected about you by emailing our team.
